The Kalamunda Eastern Suns are proud to represent the foothills and surrounding area in the State Basketball League (SBL).

With the SBL being the premier semi-professional basketball league in Western Australia, the Suns Men’s and Women’s teams are the pinnacle of KDBA’s player, coach and game officials pathway programs.

WABL

Since 2001, the Eastern Suns have been competing in WA Basketball League (WABL) and have been proudly representing the Kalamunda and eastern region.

Each year the Suns enter boys and girls teams into all WABL age group competitions and have been successful in providing a pathway for junior players to develop and excel.
